Dr. Robert McCarron
Dr. Robert McCarron is a distinguished figure in the field of integrated healthcare, serving as the Director of Education at the Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute and Associate Dean for Continuing Medical Education at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). He is the founding director of the Train New Trainers (TNT) Fellowships. These programs are designed to enhance the skills of primary care providers in psychiatry and substance use disorder treatment.

Dr. Rimal Bera
Dr. Rimal B. Bera is a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of California, Irvine (UCI), where he has been a full-time faculty member since 1991. He specializes in adult psychiatry with a focus on schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, and memory disorders. Dr. Bera is also the Outreach Director for the TNT Fellowships, emphasizing his commitment to mentorship and training in psychiatry

Dr. Gagliardi is the Associate Director of the Train New Trainers Primary Care Psychiatry Fellowship at UC Irvine, reflecting her commitment to enhancing clinical education programs. Her work focuses on improving clinical care for vulnerable patient populations, quality improvement, health equity, and clinician well-being. She is a distinguished medical professional currently serving as an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and Medicine at Duke University School of Medicine.

Dr. Sarah H. Arshad is Co-Associate Director of the Train New Trainers Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Program at UC Irvine. She is a distinguished psychiatrist at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), where she serves as the Assistant Program Director of the Post Pediatric Portal Program. She is also an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Steve Delisi is a distinguished psychiatrist and addiction medicine specialist, currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer at YourPath, Inc., and Co-Associate Director for the Train New Trainers (TNT) Fellowship in Addiction Medicine at UC Irvine. Dr. Delisi is nationally recognized for his expertise in evidence-based treatments for co-occurring and substance use disorders, and his work on the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) on mental health.
